HELP Cant see the keyframe option when effecting

hi i just downloaded vegas 7.0 had 6.0 and when i go to add effects to a clip the keyframes arnt there but in the pan crop it is, i hope im just missing an option if anyone can tell me where it is i would be very apreciative thanks
