How to Render in HD with small file?

Yo guys, can someone tell me how I render my Vegas file so it is in HD and it's relatively small so I can upload it to youtube and such. Thanks.

Yea, I tried using .mov and it wrecks the quality for me. What do you use jakamo?

Really? I always notice an increase of quality when I use uncompressed, did you change the resolution?

That's the thing, I don't know which resolution is the right one.
