i dont kno what u were smokin when u made up number 1.

replace what u wrote with this:

Rules:

1. No betting more than you have.
2. You must pay within 3 days, if you don't, you'll get a ban. If you can't pay within 3 days, talk to the person who you are betting with and make sure you guys agree on something.
3. If you want confirmation on the bet after it has been accepted, state so. If not, once you propose a bet and it is accepted there is no going back.
4. Have fun!

lol take out the 5000 points part, some of us will be bettin that much down the line.
