What was the best Fast & Furious for you guys? - 06-28-2009, 01:00 PM

Me and my friend have had this like week long argument about which ones were the best and which ones were the worst. For me I thought it went like this...

Fast & Furious (4)
The Fast & The Furious
The Fast & The Furious Tokyo Drift
Ryan Seacrest
Paris Hilton
Hannah Montana
Hillary Swank
2 Fast 2 Furious

On the other hand, my retard friend thought it was like this...

The Fast & The Furious Tokyo Drift
The Fast & The Furious
2 Fast 2 Furious
Fast & Furious (4)

I enjoyed all of them. They weren't good movies...but they were fun movies.

The Fast and the Furious
Fast and Furious
2 Fast 2 Furious
Tokyo Drift

....what's wrong w/ Hilary Swank?

Tokyo Drift was the best.

TFTF - I watched so many times

All the others are close together IMO because they are all different even though FF had the same main characters.

i liked tokyo drift the best. why ? idk .... first one is pretty close to tokyo for me...cuz it seemed original...i thought the latest one was a big piece of crap....i fell asleep while watching it cuz it was so boring. 2F2F was probably just as bad....didnt seem new to me....and tyrese just ruined the movie.

I watched the first one when I was 11, even then I had enough mind power to go, "This is ****ing retarded." I've not seen any others. Maybe if Vin Diesel takes the **** out of his mouth and talks like a normal person, then maybe.

The Fast & The Furious was the best, because it was the most realistic and it didn't really have a storyline outside of street racing, which I liked.. the movie was supposed to be a movie about the culture of street racing and that's exactly what it was.. that's why I think I liked that one the best.

Then comes 2 Fast 2 Furious, this was really close to being my third favorite for the simple fact that there was alot of new people in it and it didn't really relate to the first one at all. Also, there was alot of rice in this one which was a turn off for me, but the storyline was great and it kept me interested.. plus having the beautiful Eva Mendes in it was a huge plus.

Third favorite was Fast & Furious. It was good to see the original cast again; that kept me interested. But the storyline was horrible IMO. They paid wayy too much attention to this druglord rather than the actual racing.. I think I counted only two race scenes in the whole movie, I wanted to cry..lol. The cars were alot less ricey which I liked to see, but even still the effects and them racing through the caves was really gay.. that was a turn off for me. Overall this movie didn't live up to it's hype.. but they still have a chance to come back strong, because watching the ending made it seem like they were gonna have another one.

Now my least favorite was The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift. This movie was absolutely horrible. The storyline was horrific, and the cars were extremely ricey. The drifting scene is exciting, but I think they OD'd in this movie.. it was way too unrealistic. I can't even explain the storyline, the whole movie was a bit confusing, and they killed it having Bow Wow in there.. what were they thinking? Who ever has this movie needs to take a match to it quick.

I liked this movie for the same reasons you disliked it. I thought it was awesome that this movie was way less race-oriented and I liked the storyline the best. There was finally some other action besides gear shifting and engine revving with the best gunfight out of all the F&F's and Vin Diesel crushing a dude with his car and crushing everything else with his bare hands. I'm with you on the cars though, probably had the best mix of cars out of the F&F series. And I don't know how anyone can overlook the fact that this had the best selection of females too. Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster and that other fine ass chick that I'm too lazy to find out the name of. Oh and finally a bad guy that's actually a bad guy. This is the first drug lord that actually had some muscle unlike the other ones where you kill two bodyguards and you've taken out their whole organization.

Because I pretty much watch them for the cars, they play a huge part for me..

I actually enjoyed it, just for the cars and the exposure to the Drift Scene. (minus Bow Wow's Hulk car. That was extremely ****). The cars in Tokyo Drift were actually made by people who modify these for livings.(i.e. Veilside). Plus they hired real drifters for the stunts (Keiichi Tsuchiya [The REAL Drift King], Rhys Millen, Samuel Hubinette)

I mean Han's Veilside Fortune Widebody RX7 speaks for itself.

I also thought putting the RB26 in the Mustang was pretty cool.

Most of the cars in TF&TF, 2F2F were pieces of poo. Cars clearly some moron picked and slapped stupid decals on the side. I mean nearly every car in TF&TF has lame decals slapped on the side. Simple concept, Stupid Pattern with Car Manufacturers along the skirt...

^ I mean WTF. A Stock Golf looks better than that.

In terms of Storyline's, they are all as mediocre as one another. I have not seen the most recent one as of yet.

I know its not an argument about cars...Sorry
