Ya this kinda reminds me of day after tomorrow but I think this will be better, been wanting to see this since I saw the previews when I watched Transformers 2 at the movies

I read a review of it on IGN.
They said it was pretty much so bad it was laughable. I wanted to see this due to my curisoty with the whole 2012 speculations, and how they are depicting what will (not literally) happen. I am already de-amping (if that's a word) myself for this   |

I wanted to see it until I saw a couple of clips on YouTube. It looks like a kids' movie or something. The way they're driving through L.A. in the limo screaming like a bunch of cartoons or something. It doesn't look very epic at all, other than the special effects.

ehhh that clip made the movie and earths possible destruction look kinda lame. ^and no im sure it wont be considered for movie of the year

Why go to the cinema, wati till 2012 and you'll see everything front row, in 3D and you don't even have to pay a ticket.
 Nah just kidding, but Roland Emmerich just keeps on doing CGI World ending movies, with a let's say decent story. But there is a very famous show in Germany/Austria/Swiss where he and Cusack have been guests on saturday I think. Emmerich said that he planed for 4 years to do one great movie without special effects and a great story. And he finally got the rights.
