i would prefer Avery since he actually gave Dallas a legit defense and thats what we need (mainly on the interior smfhhhh) or Tom T from Boston or Mark Jackson; our front court isnt built for fast breaks anyway

Yeah I see you...................but Donnie's seems to be thinking of shakin up the roster a lot and I'm sure our front court might be a little different next season..............so maybe Donnie going after D'Antoni might be signs of him wanting to introduce a new style of play to Knicks basketball:dunno:

I assumed we were already trying the defensive thing with Zeke(because of him being a Piston) we just had horrible communication between the players and the coaches on D.
So I think fast break ball will be not only entertaining to us fans but will be fun for the players and when players have fun they play great.

I personally dont wanna gamble with the others...........we just need a coach that can guarantee success and I believe D'Antoni can do that



EDIT: Just heard the Mavs owe Avery $11 million so if he works 08-09 Mavs dont have to pay him............and Avery wants his money so he might not coach next season.

i think d'antoni will go and coach in Italy, with avery johnson coaching the bulls. Dunno about phx or nyk.

Mark Jackson will be the worst coach in history. The guy is completely lost as evident by his constant flip-flopping, hazy historical memory, and overall lack of intelligence.

You'd better hope the Knicks make a serious bid, or they're in trouble for another decade.
