If healthy and consistent, the Lakers can undoubtedly compete for a championship each of the next 4 years.

Dont listen to them man, the Lakers are poised to dominate the remainder of this decade. Pau and Kobe are in their primes with Bynum ready to take over for any slippage in between them. Odoms contract is almost done but he should take a paycut to stay a Laker and even if he doesnt Im sure the Lakers will overpay if need be.

I foresee this team challenging the Lakers previous best record, dare I say 70Wins

Kobe is a bonafide superstar.

Gasol is a star. If David West is one, then so is Pau Gasol. They average nearly the same numbers except Pau shoots much better than West. Pau averages nearly the same as Tim Duncan, except for 3 rebounds, yet Duncan is considered a superstar. People severely underrate Pau Gasol. Don't forget that he was an all-star a few seasons back.

Lamar Odom is probably one of the better 3rd options in the league. There are very few third options who have more talent and skill than Lamar Odom. Not to mention his versatility is nearly unmatched.

Bynum was averaging 13 and 10 in 28 minutes per game. That's only going to get better.

Very true. With Phx and Dallas not being as tough as they use to be like last season, Lakers have an incredible line up. Only teams that are up there with them are the Hornets and Spurs.

all i know is that Lamar is one of the greatest built people in the world when it comes to basketball, he is long, fast, quick,and hes got some hops...not to mention he can shoot, if he is not a star player then he is one of the best role players around....Bynum is young and is already one of the top 5 centers in the league IMO and could easly be number 1 within the next 3 years....Fisher has the expierence and remains calm at all times, very good triangle point guard.....Pau is a star in his own right and is very very productive.....and well kobe is just a monster, even if the rest of these guys all play half assed kobe is good enough to make this team a playoff contender.

he gets 19 a night coz when they play a crap team, he plays 25 mins or so because they are anal raping them so bad.

The lakers are the team to watch, so are the hornets of course.. They are the two strong west teams.. i see them in the WCF..

I agree with you RJ mayne, their chemistry is sky high and they will only grow with the return of bynum.. Lakers will win the chip either this or next.. hopefully.

I like the fact that RJ tries to act like the Lakers are the underdog in almost every scenerio.
