Black Rockets Jersey ?

I was browsing around the net and come across a Mod for NBA Live 2007 on PC...

Now in the mods screenshots they had the following picture.



I am aware that this is a mod, and that it is more than likely not real, but does anyone know if there was plans to release this jersey or something along the lines?

Personally I really like it, and would like to see that as an alternate or something..
