Are there any T-Wolves Fans? -

Just wondering if there are any Timberwolves fans on this board?
If not, those who are Celtic fans, were you T-Wolves fans before this past season?

Yeah, I've been a Wolves fan ever since I started watching them play. Kevin Garnett obviously became my favourite player (He still is) and I followed them since, I'd say 2002? Before that, I was a Bulls fan because of Jordan basically. When Garnett was traded, I wasn't all that upset because he became a player that I know deserved a ring, and Boston was the place to go. I liked Boston too, even before Garnett left us, so it made it a bit easier to deal with.
It's great that he's got a championship ring now. Very well deserved.
Either we heal now as a team,
or die as individuals.

Right here. Actually became a fan last season watching Al Jefferson & Bassy get some shine. At first I was mainly watching them hoping to see Bassy do well. While I liked Al Jefferson before he went to Minnesota I was never really a "fan" being that he started off his career in Boston and I've only had NBALP the last two seasons since I moved from NY and gotta have my Knicks lol (Knicks Fan first, don't get it twisted) and he seemed to be injured most of the time I watched the Celtics play.
On the real though, I love watching that kid play ball. Watching him last season I noticed that the kid just has a fire in his eyes, even though he and that entire squad is young you can clearly see his maturity and determination just wanting to get better. He's gonna... correction, HE IS the next best thing at that Forward/Center spot as long as he stays focused and healthy. The team also needs a proper coach.. but that's a different topic for a different day.
This off-season though they had the nerve to add Rodney Carney and Mike Miller. Why did they do that lol? Now I'm pretty much in sprung on the team. I'm equally excited to see the Timberwolves this season as I am to see the Knicks this year, they're just a young, underrated, hardworking team that makes you enjoy watching basketball even with them not winning many games last season. Last season you could see that the goal was aimed at a high lotterypick, evaluating the players and all the basic stuff that comes along with a rebuilding year but there were a few games towards the end of the season once they secured a high pick that they started showing signs of what they were capable of (it showed before that but it stuck out because of how loose they seemed to be playing at that time), they were going hard on teams and the games were usually down to the last shot but alot of times they ended up losing to experience and I can't be mad at that.. just like that damn game against the Celtics around January..
So yeah, I'm a Minnesota Timberwolves fan.
Al Jefferson
Sebastian Telfair
Rodney Carney
Ryan Gomes
Mike Miller
Craig Smith
Randy Foye
Rashad McCants
And I get to see what Kevin Love is made of this year
Can't wait for the season to start.

The Wolves are going nowhere. McHale is going to take them nowhere.
They had the chance to be a future playoff contender, what do they do? They trade away the possible pairing of OJ Mayo and Al Jefferson for the mediocre Kevin Love.
This will be the last season to see if Randy Foye really is a hit or miss.
