Didnt the suns trade shaq to save money? and now their trading ben for chandler which makes them lose more money.

wtf how can they do a sign and trade? ben is a unrestricted free agent. He signed for less last year so he can walk away from teh bulls. how can the bulls automicly say they want a sign and trade and the only team I see Iverson fitting on maybe the heats since they need another scoreer other than D-wade

1. Money. The hornets are desperately trying to avoid the lux tax, and TC has a player option for 12.5 mil next season which he will probably take (because it's a lot of money and he would be competing in the already competitive 2010 class so he probably won't opt out). Wallace, however, is in the last year of his deal and as talked about retirement. If he's serious about that, the hornets might try to negotiate a reduced buyout. If not, he's still a year less than TC.

2. Health. TC has had foot issues that limited him in the playoffs and much of the season. If the team believes it's going to be an issue, they might want to dump him while they still can.

that's good for the celtics imo now they got rid of someone who only plays for the money while most of their players want to win another championship

As the season progressed, I thought Marbury was starting to get his rhythm back and he was only getting better......I wonder what happens to him next.

If he signs with a team not in contension then I will agree with you. Untill then I believe he still wants to win. And if given the chance will prove to all the hating ***gots that he can still play.
Regardless what happens, he had a great career and is a legend.
