He was garbage for this. Maybe he has good stat in Europe but in NBA he couldn't guard any point guard
So, no D, no O, he is not enough dangerous at this time to be effective even with pick n roll plays cauz everybody knows that you only got to guard the other and let him space to shoot or go to the rim .....to win against him.

Everybody knows he has a great felling for the game, but the other aspects of his game are poor at this time. He only got credit cauz he is very young and can improve but in my mind he is like so many young talent that will never develop enough the other aspects of their game through the years.
I project a big flop. And the way he doesn't want to play for the T-Wolves will be ironical in many years. Believe me, its 50/50 that he will be the biggest flop of the NBA( even bigger than Kwame Brown cauz he wasn't pretencious).

Seems like you put some thought into your posts, however:
There big difference between europe/olympics and the nba is gone (albeight a couple of rules and the court sizes).

Teams have cought up, if you can do it in europe (spain/euroleague), you're VERY likely to be able to perform in the nba.
Don't you think they went under the picks in europe? Don't you think they would've attacked the kid if his D was that bad?
Yes, the nba game is based on 1-1 match ups a bit more and no, they guy is not a great shooter, but he's a star on his team and takes the team close to a chip.
His stats were never great (cept the u18/u20 outbursts) but he makes the team go, note when he was injured last season, the team collapsed, he ain't a circus act.

He won't be that kobe/wade dude on your team, from what I've seen he's a true point, doesn't need the shine but does get your team the W,

Jason Kidd steez.

i don't like this decision
2 yrs from now teams are not even going to be sweating him like that
he has potential and is young but 2 yrs from now he is not going to have as much hype
another thing is i believe that if he got drafted like by the knicks he would def. be in the L

I just quote the Kings they said his D is over-rated. They know their job better than you.

I never said he need to be like kobe or Wade, he is a true point guard we all know, but in nba to be dangerous you have to be a bit good scorer cuz of the type of play the longuest court and spaces . Even Kidd could drop 30 when he wanted in the passed, so many times he did it he was so good that he did what he wanted on the floor. Rubio wont be a franchise player type like J-Kidd or stockton. In my mind. J-Kidd always been a great defender a great leader and a strong fast and agressive guard. Kidd has a great feeling of the game you can't compare with a mother****ing( no offense) 18 yo guy. Come on, we are talking about J-Kidd the future all of famer.
Yes Rubio got potential, but he has to many weakness for the nba play in my mind. Right now he is not enough good to shine in nba. He 'is 18, he will probably grow more. He will be stronger and have to work his offense and D. Maybe in 2 or 3 years we will see .

Wait n see.
