I think you guys forgot about that 04 lakers team. iunno why decied to break up core of the lakers just because they didn't win it for 2 year doesnt mean nothing.+ they had so many injuries+distraction that year as well

^ the bench? You do have Big Z off the bench, Antony Parker (another starting SG), Jamario Moon (big factor, can help any team out), Gibson and etc.

and the Lakers that season had Payton and Malone yes, but they were old players and playing their last nba seasons. So the name is great, but their game wasn't.

Lakers team was all around Shaq but some players in the roster wasn't appreciated by Phil Jackson by the way they played. And i'm talking about the second best player of that team, Kobe Bryant. Jackson tried many time to trade him but Jerry Buss was in love with this kid .
All the cavs player are on the court looking in the same way, they want to win together and they listen the coaching staff and rxrcute the plays very well. With the Lakers that wasn't like that.

The Cavs play together all around LeBron, the Lakers played together all around shaq but some players were to selfish and didn't execute the play well.
So Cavs is a better team for sure .

If you consider only on the paper, there's a discussion between who's better, (Cavs 2010 vs Lakers 2000-2002) but in the court, the Cavs won't be as good, and I can say it safely, even before I ever saw the 2010 Cavs, cause I followed that Lakers team every step. And I'm sure you didn't, to do such comparison.

This Cavaliers team is way more versatile than that Lakers, both on offense and defense. Way more options on both side.
