Somewhere in the top 10. Mostly due to his defensive abilities.

However, he's not worth $11 million/year in today's economy. $11 million buys you Ron Artest and Lamar Odom combined. He'd be worth that much 3 years ago.

Rashard Lewis and Orlando slapped the "worth" . It doesn't even have relevance anymore.

He's doing great but got alot to cover right now. As of greatest PG of all time, not even top 25.

He's in my top three and if it was based on stats he would be my number one point guard. If you look at it this guy is basically averaging triple double games.......... lmfao seriously.

well first off a point guard who avg.s 10 points 5 reb 5 ast. is not worth 11 million a year, he is too over paid... He's pretty much reached his maximum potential, at a stretch i can see him being a 15 ppg 7 ast. at most. With that being said

1. Chris Paul
2. Deron
3. Chauncey Billups
4. Tony Parker
5. Rondo, he gets 5th

Rose isn't better in any category of the game.
Rondo = best defensive point guard in the NBA
Rondo's dishing ability > Rose's dishing ability
Rondo's rebounding ability >>> Rose's rebounding ability
Rondo's court vision > Rose's court vision
Rondo's shooting = Rose's shooting
Rondo's stealing ability > Rose's stealing ability
Rondo's communicateing > Rose's communicateing
Rondo's quick feet and hands > Rose's quick feet and hands.

Rondo in my opinion is in top 5 at the moment (list in no order: Rondo, Paul, Williams, Nash, Parker) and he has the possibility to become NBA's best point guard, he's the youngest of them all (23 years old) and he will definately devellop his game much further. And his shooting isn't as bad as you display, also, it will come with time.
I only agree with the "communicateing" point.

How can you say Rondo is better than Rose???

Derrick Rose is a fukking phenom point guard. Right now they may be on nearly the same level, Rose still better though, but in the future its not gonna be close. Rondo is 2 years older than Rose. Compare Rondo's first season, when he didnt have the stars, with Rose's.
Rose is still not at 100% yet, due to his injury from preseason, otherwise, I believe, he'd had a way better start into the season.

ok... what proof do you have that he's capable of scoring 20 ppg let alone 15 pgg?... Or that he's capable of avg. more than 7-8 assists?.... He's just completely limited offensively

Based on what he's done through 5 games so far in the first year of his big contract?

Yes, he's worth the money. However, it's a long season.

I agree that his salary is even worse than what Rondo is being paid.
