true but that small forward spot in the East is highly competitive.

Totally agree. It's pretty much a joke that he hasn't made it even once yet. This year, though, might just be his year. If he can average 15-19 points and 10 or more boards a game into late January, he's pretty much going to leave Eastern Conference coaches no choice but to put him in.

you have to figure the bobcats are a horrible team.........and team record plays a big factor into allstar selections.... also the odds are he will get hurt sooner or later and miss a chunk of games.

The Bobcats nearly made the playoffs last year, they finished like 9th. That's not horrible. That's about average.
