Yes, he has like 9 rings, but have you noticed... he's had Jordan and Kobe. He coached Jordan for like 9 years and won 6 champs. After Jordan left, Phil was like 'I'm audi 5000 G!' then he goes to LA. And he had a miracle team. I say that because who though Kobe would turn into Kobe? So, he's always had great great players.

Yes I thought the same for a while but I needed to think it over and it changed my mind! He is very-very good coach. He is able to make his players change the way of their thinking. He can make his guys better by his mentality. I think it's a very important indicator of a good coach.

The stats tell it all. You can't be a bad coach when you've won so many championships over the course of so many years.
