of course he is overrated ! any coach is ! its not the coaches who play the game ! its the players who do all the work !!! damn coaches talk the same **** over and over again !!! player dunk and defend !

the only thing phil jackson ever does is sit in his chair with his legs crossed and arms folded. but according to jeff van gundy, he's the best time out taker in the history of the nba.
