Darko. Sounds stupid but if you woulda got one of those stars/superstars, you woulda had to drop one of your stars. They wouldn't be able to afford it.

It worked out nicely actually. No way could they have kept all Billups, Prince, Sheed, and Hamilton with a guy like Melo, Wade, or Bosh. Think about it.

Detroit is one of my fav teams and Wade is my least favorite of the three but I gotta go with him.
He would be a good 6th man to replace Billups or Rip when they need a breather.

While you're paying twice as much as the Knicks and Wade is complaining because a superstar is coming off the bench after Rip Hamilton. Yeah... This ain't fantasy basketball. yeah ur right, that was a great decision by the pistons to draft darko:Bang Head :Bang Head Darko is considered one of the biggest draft busts of all time, but yeah that was a good pick.

Phil Jackson is overrated btw.

^^Yeah, he was a bust but in the end, they came out fine. And could be better off. The Pistons would have a COMPLETELY different team if they woulda drafted one of them. And honestly, they are fine now. They could be the 08 champs.

They are fine now, yes. BUT they would have been fine with Bosh or Wade too, its not like Bosh or Wade are guys that mess up team chemistry. Plus Billups and Sheed already hit their prime couple of years ago, and maybe got like 2 good years left. The Pistons drafted Darko for the future, when guys like Ben Wallace or Sheed cant put up their numbers anymore. They don have the brightest future, but they could have been a real good franchise for a decade like the spurs if they would have drafted bosh for example.

it depends on my team:) If I need a center or Power Forward of course i draft Bosh, but if i want another player i would take D-Wade
