Mayo in trouble, again.

It seems Mayo would have been given money and gifts over the years, which wouldn't surprised me. So you guys think it's true or not and if so, your reactions?

I knew this guy was gonna get in trouble. When his name started to get heard, he got busted with weed. Also, he has MAJOR ego problem. The punishment shouldn't be that he gets thrown out of NCAA basketball. Because he'll just join the NBA and have enough money for the rest of his life from his signing bonus. It should be one more year of college and make him wait.

I don't see another year of developing his game and a free education as punishment. Just me, I don't know? Either way, it wouldn't be OJ Mayo getting punished - atleast to my knowledge. I honestly don't see any wrong doing in him accepting the money. If you're offered all that money, and it isn't harming anyone else, you would take it too.

Now, about his character issues. Oh my god! Weed!? Do you realize how many people have tried weed? It doesn't help that OJ Mayo was the most hyped up highschool player in the country, and every little thing was magnified by the media. Plus, Mayo wasn't even busted with it on him. It was in a friend's car and one of the other guy's owned up to the weed being his. I really don't think his behavioural issues are as bad as everyone makes them out to be.

Yeah, I know. Over 30% of NBA players do it. And if you ask me, it's dumb but they do it. But, he's had some problems with other people too. I'm not saying he's a bad guy because I don't know him like that but if he doesn't mature enough to the point where these issues are taken care of, he'll be in trouble.
