Beaver Stadium (And probably most of those others) average more than they can hold for every game.

Haha Kansas and Kansas State's Stadium combined is smaller than Penn State's. Gameday in Manhattan is pretty fun though.

Here in no time that list will be wrong because soon Michigan stadium will be 114,000 they are building on right now. I went and checked it out the other day when I went to Michigan.
