Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte' Stallworth began serving a 30-day jail sentence for killing a pedestrian while driving drunk in Florida, a punishment made possible by his cooperation with investigators and the wish by the victim's family to put the matter behind them. Stallworth, 28, received the sentence in Miami after pleading guilty to a DUI manslaughter charge for striking and killing Mario Reyes while driving drunk March 14 in his black 2005 Bentley. hmm I don't know if Stallworth will get back into the NFL but hey if they let Vick come back then it wouldn't surprise me if Stallworth will return ... question is who wants him? he's not the WR he was back with the Saints and you only get older with the years..

Well today they said he's suspended indefenitly, what do you mean who wants him? He's still on the Cleveland Browns.

while 30 days in jail is nothing for what he did, im sure he gave a large sum of money to the family which is why they didnt go through with the full charges. this will definately tarnish his career and stallworth does all he can to fix himself up

30 days in jail for DUI manslaughter? Seems fucking rediculous to me. By the looks of things he just wanted to be seen as a madcunt leaving the party in his black Bentley.
I wonder how many millions he had to pay the family in order to stop full charges being pressed.

He just paid off the family, i'm surprised they just took the money and let him off the hook.
you value a human life for millions of dollars. pretty messed up IMO
there's no justice in this
