For starters, what happened to Peters? And who replaced him? Dunlap?

he was blocking seymour, then someone pushed the Oakland DT right into his knees from the blindside and he was out for the whole game, this happened in the first quarter. It was obviously an accident, but it really hurt the eagles cuz when they put in dunlap he was clearly overwhelmed by Seymour.

Eagles have aquired LB Will Witherspoon from the Rams who received WR Brandon Gibson and a 5th round pick. Eagles have had a lot of trouble at the linebacker spot with injuries and what not so i think this is a pretty good move

D-jax reminds me of a smaller version of Randy moss, when Moss was younger. Both are prolly the two best deep threats in the league, Randy is the greatest deep threat of all time, both aren't much of possesion receivers, but they can make plays if given a small crease. D-jax just got two 50+ yard td's, one rushing and one receiving.... I think he deserves that probowl spot....

Took a shot to the side of the head during the first quarter I'm pretty sure. Not serious (seems to me anyway). They had a shot of him in the second half and he was walking around, talking, seemed absolutely fine to me, just a precautionary measure as we were ahead 27-10. He will most likely return next week There was a niggle on Desean Jackson though and he went off 1 minute before the half with a limp, he came back on though so I think he'll be okay.

Updated the first post for those who missed the game and want to check out some highlights. Witherspoon played well!

Great game today by our guys. I was expecting it to be much, much closer than expected but with a few huge plays in the first half it was pretty much wrapped up from there. I was surprised at how well Leonard Weaver played, broke off for a huge 41yard touchdown and had some other promising plays. Maclin's catch nearing the end of the 2nd quarter was fantastic, and McNabb was feeling it for the entire game. Westbrook should definitely be back next week and we'll need him too, as we've got Dallas at the Linc for a clear lead of the NFC East.

First post has been updated with game highlights of today's game.

I'll merge myself soon.

we should have this division in check. All we need to do is beat Dallas and its smooth sailing. I love that Jason Peters is back, he makes a HUGE deal to the protection. D-Jax has to make the probowl.... he has 6 tds now, is almost uncoverable... Defense playing great, Asante now has 5 ints in 7 weeks, most likely going to the probowl, it be great if he cud get that total to 10..

I hope they beat Dallas, because their schedule gets really tough...

big game againts dallas again i think asante and sheldon each get a pick and at least 4 sacks but i think 5 or 6 in offense well no one in that team can cover #10 and if they doble him maclin has a big game and also celek if the O-line keep playing like lately bwest has a big day like he usually does

Lets Go Eagles
