I heard his nickname is Scrabble, so I guess we can codename him that. Anyways, Do you consider him one of the fastest or quickest CBs in the NFL? Or do you just consider him one of the best CBs in the NFL?

Just curious, to see what his weaknesses are, from what I see speed is probably his only weakness, but he can still defend any WR in the NFL.

He's both the fastest and the best Corner in the game. I dont wanna hear people bringing up that loser Chris Houston, his 40 time is completely irrelevant when the wide receiver has 10 yards of separation on him for every play same with Deangelo Hall....

But yea Nnamdi is the best corner in the game, for sure, actually him and Revis are very very close IMO. Its pretty much a coin toss, i think Nnamdi is a much better deep threat corner due to his speed, whereas Revis is better at guarding the intermediates slant routes. But not doubt those two are the best, I would however give the nod to Asomugha.
The last two years Nnamdi has supplanted himself as the best corner.

Best ? Yeah, probably.
Fastest ? IDK, i might sound a little biased but DRC is one of the fastest corner in the NFL, it's just that he guesses too often.. he's a freak athlete though

Scrabble is the best CB by far. No one touches him. As for fastest I dunno, game speed =/= 40 time.

People forget that hes also one of the best tackling corners aswell as being the best coverage Cornerback since Champ Bailey.

Supplanting means you replace someone else at something. You mean established if anything.

It's between Champ Bailey, Asomugha and Revis for top shut-down corners right now I'd say.

Best, definitely. Fastest, no, though he's faster than average, and can keep up with fast guys through technique and great hips.

He only plays the right side though, so you can't compare him 100% to guys who follow the opponent's #1 WR around the field. He actually was not great (or that good) vs. the run in 08 (don't know where people get that), but he's improving this year.

Revis is #2 IMO. He moves with the #1 WR, good athlete, good vs run, and elite ball-skills.

Now that Bailey's gotten a better front 7, he's back to form (but at his age I don't know how long it will last).

Corey Webster and Sheldon Brown are 2 I don't think get enough looks, they had great 08s.

SD's Quentin Jammer doesn't get any props. He had a slow start to his career (being a physical bump&run guy out of texas, and coming out right when they made the rules more strict regarding contact), and was penalty prone, but since 07 he's been a top CB (esp considering SD's poor pass-rushing, and that SD's other DBs havn't been that good at all).

I wouldn't go as far as saying he's the best. His weakness isn't speed, nor man to man, but zone. If you watch him play in a cover two, you see that he tends to leave with the receiver out of the area he is defending and QB's pick that up very well.

I'd say the best CB right now is Asante Samuel. Sure he doesn't have highlight INT's, but that's because he never puts himself in a position where he has to adjust his body to make a play. Just my thoughts.
