Wow, you really are way underweight. You should be like 155 if your 6". Now if your gonna gain body fat, dont go and eat mcdonalds everyday. Eat all the chicken, meat, tuna, that you can. Take weight supplements and protein. But this maybe hard for you cause maybe you just have a very fast metabolism, so you might have to eat like 5-6 small meals a day.
