I've lost vertical

Okay so i've been sick for 1 1/2 weeks im still a little sick and ive went outside for the 1st time and ive lost about 3-5 inches off my jump . I've been inactive for the week so will i get my jump back any time soon ?

i really dont think its possible to loose vertical especially if your young. your probably jumping wrong or the rim or watever your touching is higher than before.

Nah i lost it i havent done nothing but lie down for the past week and a half cus ive been sick i went outside today my first day not feeling as bad and jumped 3-5 inches lower than i normally jump .

your probably still sick without knowing like you feel fine your great but your probably not 100%

Don't fret man, the same thing has happened to me. Just keep resting and you'll get it back eventually.

You're still sick. You might not be feeling the effects but you're still sick. That's why on medicine it says "Continue taking even after symptoms are gone."
