My lifting stats - 07-26-2008, 03:55 AM

I work out 4x a week [Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday] with my football team. And I stay in shape all year long and every month I get stronger and stronger. So will post my weight lifting stats, and tell me what you think, and if you know anything about the art of weight lifting please share some tips. Now I'm a VERY serious weight lifter, I get pissed off easily if you aren't doing jack in the weight room, but just wasting my time. I just kick you out or the coach does it. I've been lifting for 5-6 months.


Name: Asmir
Age: 17 years-old
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 235 pounds

Bench Press: 315 pounds [2 months ago] I feel whole a lot stronger now so maybe I can hit 330+ pounds
Leg Press: 1.350 pounds
Dead lift: 560 pounds
Leg Extensions: 320 pounds
Squat: 315 pounds ---- We just started Squatting a month ago, so I'm doing great for a month of working out on Squats.
Military Press: 120 pounds dumb-bell in each hand.

Wait let me get this right. You guys are doubting me that I lift that much? This is no "ego" sh!t or anything I'm just showing what I can do.... I'm not trying to show off or nothing like that.

So you're saying after 3 months you're repping out 315? I just don't believe that.. unless you had months of prior strength training.

A little under 150kgs in 3 months at 17 years of age...a bit over the top...

i know a body builder
his been doing it for over a year and his 18

Bem ti život ako stvarno dižeš 140kg onda si pravi medvjed. Ja ne mogu ni upola toga, a idem misec i po u gym.

No dumbass. I clearly said I was lifting for 5-6 months in my first post, if you actually took time an read the whole post. And when I start I started I was benching 180 and I weigh 220. So it to 6 months to get up there, and I don't give a **** if you believe me or not I know what I do.
