Knee brace while doing vjb -

Shud i wear i knee brace when doing vjb because i hav a mild case of jumpers knees... also instead of doing 3weeks each phase will i make gains if i just do week 2 and 3 of each phase? i know it wont be as much but i dont have much time

you should never try with any injury, even if its a mild one and you've got support. Its far healthy and more effcient to rest and then train.

i know but i feel like im losing my hops before jam really good off 1 leg and now i cant even jam it...
