actually that's not a stupid question. a couple of years ago i used a thing for strenghten my fist, after some time my fist did get stronger but what i noticed also was that my fist was a bit longer(about half centimeters). i had that extra half centimeter for about few monts latter after i stoped exercising my fist and then i lost it.

so if the bones in my fist streched for half centimeters why shouldnt he be able to stretch his hand a bit? i think its possible to stretch a hand but eventually if you stop stretching you will loose that little what you gained.

well get two people either side of your arms and let them pull as hard as they can until your shoulders dislocate

simple.

There's no way to get your arms longer but you could do some stretching to get better flexibility

Drinking milk yes, lifting weights WTF? If anything lifting weights while you're young can make for shorter arms not longer ones...

i remember hearing a while ago about a surgery to lenghten a persons legs but it involves breaking your legs and pulling the bones further apart and some other crap like that.....i would assume that surgery can be done on arms aswell but i dont think its worth it

the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear,
is that moment when he has worked his heart out
