I'd recommend you do squats and leg training with weights. try to do 4 to 5 sets of squats and make sure you can only do about 7 to 10 reps. after each set try to jump as high as you can about 10 times. when you to leg training with weights you must make sure that you try do to plyometric excercises with 1 leg so that you don't lose your jumping ability of 1 leg. sometimes guys do lots of squats and then after a few months they can only jump really high off 2 feet.
also do a lot of core training these kind of drills

well those 2 things core training and squats helped me out as far as vertical jumping, in a short amount of time approximately 6 to 8 weeks I went from being able to do a 1 handed dunk off 1 leg to being able to do both handed dunks off 1 or 2 legs, alley oops and occassionaly I can also do reverse dunks off 2 legs. but I've never tried air alert or other plyometrics for longer periods of time usually stopped after 3 weeks so I'm not sure you can add a lot to your vert with weight training after you have done a programm like air alert.
