Cause they've got both strength part and plyo part unlike Air Alert. All of them are progresive and it's not about increasing an amount of reps in series but doing some more advanced exercises. It's enough to be better than AA.

Take a look at the Jump Bible, find out for yourself why it's better than anything you've put together on the subject. It at the least puts things into a science, while some may not understand it, it's more advanced than some of these other programs. No point in doing something if you don't understand how you obtained the result.
