Well Olympiakos pretty much could close the whole thing on his home court last Thursday but they lost and now it's all gonna be played out on CSKA's home floor where I don't think they will let Olympiakos beat them again. But nothing is out of the picture with coach Yiannakis doing a great job of getting this club back on its feet.

I need you Croatians to tell me about Roko Ukic. He looks like he's coming here this season to back up Calderon at point.

How's he look?

He's a good player and could really benefit from a supporting role just like Jose did. Not on Jose's level though. He's one of those europeans that I never thought could make an impact in the L, kinda like a Planinic ride. I guess we'll have to see if that becomes reality.

He could because of size but I don't think he's either athletic enough or enough of a pure scorer to be successful at that spot.

About Ukic, I always thought he's a player that wouldn't stay in Europe for too long because of his game style. He didn't really show big things with Tau and Barcelona but he had a good season with Lottomatica Roma. I also doubt he'll make an impact in the league but I believe his game fits better in the NBA than in Europe.
