Should I go to the QMJHL draft tomorrow?

It's free and all the food is like 99 cents each (that's pretty much the only bonus). Can't see it being too exciting, but if a player buds into a superstar, it'd be nice to say I saw him got drafted. Talent pool sucks though.

I should have went. The Hockey News has a book of some sorts out entitled, 99 Things a Hardcore Hockey Fan Must do Before They Die, and attending the QMJHL draft is one of them. I didn't realize that the Q was the only major junior league of the three (OHL and WHL being the others) that had a live draft.

Then again, I would have been pissed off when the two players I wanted, got selected both times right before we picked in the first.

Go Pens! After knocking out my favorite team for hockey-Chicago Blackhawks, I don't have any apathy towards the Red Wings to win it all. I'm going with the underdog team here. Let's go Fleury/Crosby! Hopefully they can step up big tonight.
