The main minus of all is texts.ALl kinda suck but at 1st sigs bg look s so fine and smooth.Ray is fine either but it has unnecessarily soft light layers.That kills it.

Vote goes to 1.

Anyways 1st one probably stealed bg and done some soft brushes on it.But w/e.
