Portugal Sweden Denmark Hungary Albania Malta Group 2 Greece Israel Switzerland Moldova Latvia Luxembourg Group 3 Czech Republic Poland Northern Ireland Slovakia Slovenia San Marino Group 4 Germany Russia Finland Wales Azerbaijan Liechtenstein Group 5 Spain Turkey Belgium Bosnia and Herzegovina Armenia Estonia Group 6 Kazakhstan Croatia England Ukraine Belarus Andorra Group 7 France Romania Serbia Lithuania Austria Faroe Islands Group 8 Italy Bulgaria Republic of Ireland Cyprus Georgia Montenegro Group 9 Netherlands Scotland Norway Macedonia Iceland This is the first time for Montenegro in the World Cup. Qualification begins, I believe, in September...so yeah, what group do you think is toughest? Who are you cheering for? I'd say Group 1 is toughest but they're mostly even. is it just me or does it seem like there's more groups then usual?
i'll have a soft spot for all the former yugoslavia countries but wont really follow anyone exclusively. We really have hopes for our team in Latvia...since we made it to Euro 2004 we have played very bad, but we had a coach change and now we have the same coach who took this little country to European Championships in 2004 (he left after it)...Luxembourg, Moldova - should get all 12 points...Switzerland - probably need to win this match-up...Greece, Israel - 6 points out of 12, would be aight...
2nd places qualify too, as far as I remember? |

Hopefully Greece will qualify, and going by the teams they have in their group I'm sure they'll make it. It should be interesting to see which teams have improved or declined since 2006 but I'm sure that most of the top teams will return and compete to an A-grade level.

can u take out the FYR of Macedonia wtf?
btw im pretty sure Macedonia will beat Norway, Scotland and Ireland not so sure against Netherlands but we played both games against them draw 2-3 years back also im rooting for Serbia although they are really weak  Quote:
