Besides the correlation between winning Champions league and getting Ballon D'or is not that high. Cannavaro won it a few years back and Madrid did not win....

It's really all about the titles, and since Barca won the triple last season Messi should get it. I don't care if he had a better team, he clearly outplayed Ronalda in the CL final.

What are you talking about Ronaldo is just as fast or even faster then Messi and Ronaldo is more effective then Messi because Ronaldo has 2 or 3 defenders on him, while Messi is covered by one guy why because Messi isn't strong as Ronaldo and so 2-3 defenders have to be on Ronaldo 60% of the time during matches 80% of the time if one defender covers Ronaldo he will get beat.

And Ronaldo can score free-kicks from ANYWHERE while Messi lacks that skill and cannot do!



Edit: And how is he better then Ronaldo at the moment when both of them have 5 goals and Ronaldo was faster to the 5 goals then Messi was and Roanldo missed a match or two while Messi didn't miss any.
