Playoffs in Europe

A draw went down today for the plays and whoever wins the two legged round will get the ticket to South Africa to play on the biggest stage of all sports FIFA World Cup! Here is what the draw looks like....

Republic of Ireland vs. France
Portugal vs. Bosnia-Herzegovina
Greece vs. Ukraine
Russia vs. Slovenia

damn, i was hoping BiH wouldnt get either France or Portugal and then BAM!!! hopefully they can contain them and come away with a win as it would be awesome for them to make it through....hell just seeing them make it this far is impressive enough

Indeed, we deserve to be here. We had one of the toughest groups, Spain, Turkey, Belgium were all ranked top 20 in the World at the start of this campaign while Bosnia was ranked 76th in the World, a lot of experts had us finishing 4th or even 5th! So I'm extremely proud where have we made it so far. But this playoffs doesn't mean anything until we don't make the World Cup.

So now we are in the playoffs and Portugal is standing in our way the number 10th ranked nation in the World and we have to beat them to go through, so how tough has our campaign be, very TOUGH! probably the toughest out of all of the teams, so if we make it to the World Cup I'll be very proud and happy, even if we don't win a match I'll still be happy we are there.

Difficult draw for Bosnia. Portugal has a lot of potential but they're also known chokers so i give Bosnia some chances. They have to play with heart and everything is possible.


Fuking Ukraine got the easiest opponent.

I wouldn't put a lot of stock into the FIFA ranking system. It's pretty ridiculous.

Portugal's one of the tougher opponents there but I can see Bosnia taking it.

Jebiga FIFA ranks are gay, but we will have to do our best now to beat Portugal and go through.

It wasn't for nothing we earned the Worlds respect, remember this saying If you can play great in Europe you earned the Worlds respect and that is what Bosnia has done. And we set our self up great for the Euro Cup and the Euro Cup draw we will probably be in POT 2 but we even have a shot at POT 1 if we do great in the World Cup we have to make it first.
