You know, when i see clips like that, the one thing i really don't understand is why would somebody risk getting crippled or very seriously injured by doing something so reckless. Is it boredom? Is it bragging rights to your friends? Is it stupidity?
I was astounded when i first watched that clip - even amazed. But after a few seconds, when what i saw registered on my mind, i just thought "wow, what a stupid thing to do". But i guess, judging by the big commercial success of the "jackass" movies, not many people feel that way in the U.S. .
