Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan in the quest for three-peat. Chicago come to the playoffs as a 2nd seed in the East with 57 wins. In the first round they played the 7th seed Hawks, Hawks won 43 games that year. Dominique Wilkins led them to playoffs with 29.9 ppg, he was second leading scorer that year behind MJ, Jordan averaged 32.6 ppg that year.

First game was Jordan’s highlight show, he scored 35 points on 15/26 FG in only 29 minutes! He got 18 in the first quarter alone as Chicago built the big lead and blown out the Hawks fairly easy. This was Michael in his peak, just look how easly he breaks down Hawks defense, it’s almost effortless. He also grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 5 assists.

Michael was amazing this entire series, 34.3 ppg, 6.7 trb, 4.7 ast, 52 FG%, 46 3P% and 88 FT%. GOAT numbers.

This is his famous game 3 performance, I uploaded it, here’s the link:

Just watch how good of a closer Michael is, he played 2nd half of this game with injured ankle, another amazing perfomance from that series.

Good lord at that catch at 0:18 in the first video. Looked like a barehanded stab in the outfield.
